記得念書時修過一門課，叫做「組織行為(Organization Behavior)」；當時，用的還是原文書。

裡頭對Stereotype的解釋，大概是這樣的： It is an expectation that people might have about every person of a particular group.

刻板印象 ：以個人所屬的群體之特徵，來對其進行判斷。

在「企業管理(Business Management)」對「歸因理論」的探討中也有提到過Stereotype(刻板印象)這個詞。
